What are the reviews of infrared heating like?
According to the reviews of infrared heating, our customers most often highlight the even, pleasant warmth, the dust-free air, room-by-room control and quick installation, and for several customers damp walls also dried out. The average of Fűtőfólia's Google reviews is 5.0, based on 436 reviews (updated: September 18, 2026); the reviews concern the company and the installation, not individual products. Does infrared heating really use as much as planned?
Where our customers measure the infrared heating with a separate electricity meter, consumption came out around the planned figure: for the owner of the "New house" (190 m²), a master builder, the heating electricity consumption of the first heating season matched the estimate, and two customers measure the heating separately with a secondary meter. Did infrared heating help with mouldy walls?
For several of our customers, damp, mouldy walls dried out after infrared heating: the heating raises the temperature of the walls, the dew point moves outwards, and so the breeding ground for mould disappears. In a renovated 141 m² family house the damp walls of the old house dried out after heating, and in the flat of the daughter of Tibor Kiss, an electrical engineer, the recurring mould disappeared. Is infrared heating also good for people with dust allergies?
Infrared heating is also chosen because of family members with dust allergies and asthma, because it does not heat the air, so there is no air movement that would stir up dust; several customers reported that their family members feel better. We have installed infrared heating in family houses, flats, holiday homes, container and modular houses, apartment blocks, shops, dance studios and an operating theatre, at more than 5,000 sites since 2012. You can see infrared heating in operation in our Budapest showroom (Rákóczi u. 4, 1039 Budapest), which in our own judgement is the largest infrared heating showroom in Hungary.
